PAYMENT OPTIONS

Here at Fulton County Veterinary Clinc, we undersand that sometimes veterinary expenses can be unexpected or even come at inconvenient times and this can make a very stressful situation. Our team is pleased to be able to offer payment options for when these times arise.

Below are the payment options available.  

VetBilling

VetBilling is a third-party company that allows you to make monthly payments that are debited automatically from your checking or savings account or a credit or debit card (processing fees do apply).  The application process is simple and can be completed when you are here for your visit.

Application Process and Requirements

To take advantage of a plan with VetBilling, the following is required at time of application:

  • 50% down payment at time of visit

  • Presentation of required financial documentation (checking or savings account numbers, valid debit or credit card with expiration date and CVV code

  • Personal Identification (valid drivers license or ID card)

  • $25 one time application fee

  • ​

Other associated fees

Convenience fee with each payment of $3

Insufficient Funds $39

Late Payment fee (per 10 days) $10

Care Credit

Care Credit is similar to a credit card, but it primarily used for paying for medical expenses not covered by insurance.  Care Credit is accepted at many clinics and offices. You are able to apply for Care Credit at home or at the time of your appointment, if needed.

To apply, we will need:

  • Valid ID card or license

  • Current Address

  • Date of Birth

  • Social Security Number

  • Net Income 

  • Housing Information
